Digital Banking Upgrade Information
The following information is to help you access the new Cre$tConnect Digital Banking Platform
What to do starting April 15 – Existing Online/Mobile Users
Once the upgrade is complete you will need to follow a few steps to access the new platform. Here is a step by step breakdown
- Access Cre$tConnect Platform
- Click on the Login Button above
- OR Download the NEW App beginning April 15th:
- First-time login: When you log in to the new system, you will be prompted to enter your Current User ID and your temporary passcode. First 4 characters of your first name or business name all lower case and last 4 of your social security number or TIN number.
- Create a new password for future use.
- Minimum of 8 characters
- Minimum of 1 letter
- Minimum of 1 number
- Minimum of 1 special character
- Accept the Terms and Conditions
- Click Save
- Choose a phone number to obtain your One Time Passcode (OTP) to verify your account.
- If the numbers listed are incorrect, please contact your local branch.
- Confirm your OTP through the delivery chosen and then return to Cre$tConnect.
- Update email address if needed.
- You should now have access to the app.
What to do starting April 15 – New Online/Mobile Users
- Access Cre$tConnect Platform
- Click on the Login Button above
- OR Download the NEW App beginning April 15th:
- Click on Enroll in Digital Banking Now
- Follow the directions to register for access
What you need to know
- Your direct deposits, scheduled ACHs and processing of checks will not be affected.
- Your debit card will work as normal.
- Outage timeframe: Online banking, mobile app banking, Zelle®, bill pay and online statements will be UNAVAILABLE while we upgrade to the new system from
- 12:00am EST on Friday April 12, 2024 until approximately 12:00pm EST on Monday April 15, 2024. Zelle and TransferNow (Scheduled Transfers) are expected to be available Tuesday, April 16.
- Any bill payments you have scheduled in advance will be paid as scheduled. Please see Transfer of Data section below for details on transfers.
- Access to transactions will be available via branches, ATMs, and PhoneLink 888-893-9984.
Important steps to prepare for the upgrade
By Friday, April 5:
Contact your local branch to make sure we have your current email address and phone numbers on file so you don’t miss any critical notifications we’ll be sending in the coming weeks.
By Thursday, April 11:
If you have any payments due while bill pay is unavailable from April 12th to April 15, be sure to schedule those payments before 6:00pm EST on Thursday, April 11, so they are paid on time.
As this upgrade will take place during the Income Tax deadline, please ensure you have pulled all the necessary documents needed prior to Thursday, April 11.

Transfer of data:
- All your account information and six months of your payment history will seamlessly transition to the new system.
- As with any upgrade, due to compatibility issues, some ancillary user data may not transfer. To help ensure that you have all your information, kindly view the following transition guides if you currently use any of these products.
Branch access and support during the conversion
- Friday, April 12:
- All branch lobbies open 9:00am to 5:00pm for transactions and support.
- Saturday, April 13:
- Open 8:30am to 3:00pm: North Wildwood, North Cape May, Cape May Court House
- Sunday, April 14:
- Open 10:00am to 2:00pm: North Wildwood, North Cape May, Cape May Court House
- Monday, April 15:
- All branches open with normal business hours.
