Switch to Crest
Transitioning to a new bank can be difficult and challenging. To make the process easier, Crest Savings Bank has created this Switch Kit to lead you through the process, one step at a time.
Open An Account
You can open a Crest Savings Bank personal account anytime or from anywhere that is convenient for you from your PC, mobile device or tablet. It’s simple and secure to open a new consumer (personal) account. It takes just a few minutes!
Card Protection
Control when, where and how your cards are used. Activate or deactivate your cards and set card use preferences from online banking or the mobile app.
Online Statements
Help us save trees by going paperless. The Online Statement service allows you access to 36 months of statements and check images, all in one safe and convenient location.
Savings Bonds
In July 2011, the Treasury discontinued over-the-counter sales of paper U.S. Bonds through Banks. Electronic savings bonds in Series EE and I are available through purchase in TreasuryDirect®, a secure, web-based system operated by Public Debt – where investors have been purchasing savings bonds, available 24/7, since 2002.
Please Note: Crest Savings Bank will continue to redeem your paper bonds1, however new sales will need to be placed through TreasuryDirect®.

Lost or Stolen Card
To report lost or stolen cards, call 800-472-3272 or our Operations Department at (609) 522-5091.
Coin Processing
Coin Processing machines are available at the following branches: Wildwood, North Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, Villas, Sea Isle City, Cape May Court House.
Please ensure your coins are free of debris (paper clips, screws, pins, etc.)
Coin counting is free for current Crest Savings’ customers. Non-customers will be charged a nominal fee.
Safe Deposit Boxes2
Safe deposit boxes are available at the following branches: North Cape May and North Wildwood.
There are a limited number of boxes available. Please contact the branch for sizes and pricing.

Money Orders / Official Checks
Unlike ordinary checks, a money orders or official bank check a.k.a. cashier’s check are backed by the funds of the financial institution issuing it, rather than the payee. This makes cashier’s checks unlikely to bounce. For this reason, some important transactions might call for a money order or official (cashier’s) check instead of personal checks.
